“GOLF for a chance to WIN” a 2009 Season Pass RULES

1. How to WIN a 2009 Season Pass?

Purchase a round of golf (9 or 18 holes) at Marty Sanchez Links de Santa Fe from April 1 through September 30, 2008.

Your receipt for each round of golf will be your entry and will give you a chance to win. Enter as often as you play with each receipt. Golfer must fill in their name, address, birthday, telephone number and email address, if available, to complete entry on their receipt. The receipt is the entry form.

2. Eligibility:

This promotion is open to all golfers, local and out-of-state.
Employees and their immediate family members of sponsors, their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and related companies, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.

3. WINNING the season pass:

At the “GOLF for a chance to WIN” drawing at the end of the golf season 2008, date and time TBD, a random receipt will be drawn, if the winning receipt is from an eligible New Mexico resident then one PRIZE A will be awarded. If the first ticket drawn is from an out-of-state eligible resident, then one PRIZE B will be awarded, at which point another receipt will be drawn until an eligible New Mexico Resident is drawn. Once a New Mexico resident is drawn, one PRIZE A will be awarded.

PRIZE A: If the winning entrant is from the state of New Mexico, the
golfer will WIN a 2009 season pass valid from April 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009, good for 1 round of golf per day at Marty Sanchez Links de Santa Fe, cart not included, based on availability of tee times.

PRIZE B: If the winning entrant is from another state in the United States, then a 3 day golf giveaway will be awarded consisting of 2 rounds of golf including cart for 2 and two nights accommodations for 2 at a participating hotel.

The prize is non-transferable, and no prize substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Golf tee times and accommodations (if any) are subject to availability.

4. Drawing and notification of winner:

Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries at the closing of the 2008 golf season party open to the public. Date to be announced. The selected winner will be notified by telephone if not present.

5. Other Terms:

By entering the promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless, Marty Sanchez Links de Santa Fe and the City of Santa Fe and all participating partners and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors and advertising/promotional agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in this Promotion or acceptance, use/misuse or possession of the prize.

Acceptance of the “GOLF for a chance to WIN” the 2009 season pass constitutes permission to Marty Sanchez Links de Santa Fe and participating partners to use Winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Void where prohibited by law, rules or regulations. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All information collected on receipts will be treated in a manner consistent with Marty Sanchez Links de Santa Fe’s policies.
